| After a lot of deliberation the South Asian Chef Competition judging panel have finally shortlisted for the National Final on 23rd October 2011. Due to the overwhelming number of applications this year it has been a long and arduous task to judge but the Finalists have now been chosen. The National Finalists are as follows: |
